Agile Process
1. IDEA
We learn where you’re coming from and where you want to go and then analyze the requirement through in-depth research with the help of brilliant tools. It's important to understand the vision before moving any further.
2. SKETCH
Draft the design that is related to the research in the form of wireframes. Define flows and iterate.
3. DESIGN
After completing the wireframes, a final design is prepared by using smart tools. Color schemes, iconography, typography are given a lot of focus.
4. DEVELOP
Now, our the development team starts developing the solution according to design. The back-end, front-end syngergy is what defines the success of the product.
5. TEST
Parallely the testing phase kicks in, we test every component to make sure that our solution fits the requirement. Development and Testing go hand in hand and after every "SPRINT" a potentially shippable product is demonstrated.
6. CELEBRATE
We make delivery for the solution and assist our clients to control and administer solution. Pizza is inevitable.
